Laser machine different:
It is important to choose a laser machine that is suitable for yourself, but if you are not familiar with laser machine, please make a selection following the several factors as below.
1. Laser engrave machine and laser cut machine are factually the same machine, however, there are also two names considering the specific using objects. The main difference between these two machines is the difference of countertop; generally if the machine is used to engrave on the surface of object this kind of machine would be called engrave machine; the working countertop of such machine is ordinary; if it is used to cut the material thoroughly this machine is called laser cut machine, and its platform should be faviform. Besides, it should be noticed that if the height of object you engrave is changed frequently, you should use a countertop with raising and falling function. Certainly you can use laser cut machine to engrave, but the price of laser cut machine is higher than laser engrave machine.
2. Power issue: Generally, laser machine is divided into large laser machine and mini laser machine. The CO2 laser tube power of large laser machine is between 60W-100W, and also is able to replace different power laser tube in accordance to customers’ demand; the CO2 laser tube power of mini laser machine is 40W (unable to replace big power laser tube), and the laser tube power decides engraving and the depth of cut material. The organic material of large laser machine is more than 3 mm, while the cut organic material of mini laser machine is less than 3 mm.
3. The size of processing material: the processing material of large laser machine limit either length or width, because generally the front side and the back side of large laser machine can extend material; the processing length and width of mini laser is forbidden to exceed the marking range of the machine parameter.
4. Engrave and cut matter: All civil laser machines are unable to cut mantel, no matter what the thickness of metal material is. However, large laser machine is able to engrave very shallow marking on the surface of metal, and bowlder and glass are also no exception; mini laser machine is definitely unable to do that (but is able to engrave certain bowlder with soft powder matter). Therefore, the processing object of laser machine is mainly organic material.
5. The requirement of processing material’s shape: Generally laser machine is required to have certain plane for processing material. In respect that laser has focus when the light is gathered, it is not allowed to process if it exceeds the range of focus.
6. Engrave cylinder: only by installing rotating countertop on large laser machine, it is possible to process cylinder with diameter about 100 mm long.
7. Each laser machine in this shop is sold with free laser controlling software, laser tube cooling diving pump, bad air exhaust fan, and large laser machine is sold with free air pump.
8. All laser machine software is advised to run in WINDOWS XP system.
9. The power of CO2 laser tube in a laser machine is adjustable with the range of biggest power.
10. Transportation mode: In general our machines are transported by air. Large laser machine is packaged in wood; a mini laser machine is packaged in carton.
